Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Moritz Zimmerman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Niko Ahonen!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahonen takes a swing at Zimmerman's ribcage but misses.
Zimmerman fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ahonen to the ground. Zimmerman is now in Ahonen's guard.
Zimmerman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ahonen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zimmerman has managed to get both his arms back between Ahonen's legs - danger averted.
Ahonen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zimmerman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Zimmerman wants to pass the guard but Ahonen is keeping the position.
Zimmerman is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Ahonen is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Ahonen has escaped and now he's on top!
