Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Albert Abdullayev (ranked 2532 p4p, 2300 weight class) and Momofuku Ando (ranked 288 p4p, 268 weight class). Abdullayev comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - In Da Club (Caucasian Remix). Ando is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Pot Noodle Patience. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ando lands an overhand right.
Ando thuds his right hand into Abdullayev's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Ando lands with a hook. Abdullayev tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Ando connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Abdullayev's hands.
Abdullayev dives in for a single leg takedown but Ando sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Ando lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Ando is stalling here.

Ando escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Abdullayev is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ando sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

and Ando counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Albert Abdullayev. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Abdullayev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ando sprawls well. Ando wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Abdullayev gets slowly back to his feet.
Ando looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Ando bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Abdullayev's head backwards.
Ando looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Nice uppercut lands for Ando. That snapped Abdullayev's head back.

and Ando counters with a right hand to the body.
Oh Abdullayev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Abdullayev is breathing heavily.
Abdullayev walks straight into a right hand from Ando - that's dropped him! Ando jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Abdullayev from any more punishment! Abdullayev complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

A relieved looking Momofuku Ando thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
