Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Renato Barbosa!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Chai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Chai definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Tomahawk Chai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Renato Barbosa.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chai lands a nice hook to Barbosa's body. Barbosa takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Tomahawk Chai is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Barbosa moves forwards but Chai connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Chai jabs Barbosa to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Tomahawk Chai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Barbosa counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

After winning the bout, Tomahawk Chai thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
