Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rafilsq Luo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Levin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Levin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: This is the sort of bear I am. Carl Levin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafilsq Luo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carl Levin! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Rafilsq Luo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Luo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Luo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Levin circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rafilsq Luo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Levin scores with a jab. Luo acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Luo tries to clinch but Levin moves out of range. Levin fails in his attempt to clinch. Luo fails miserably with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Luo shoots in looking for a takedown. Levin tries to sprawl out of it but Luo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Levin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Levin stuffs the takedown attempt from Luo. Luo gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Luo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Luo drives through with a takedown into guard. Luo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Luo looking to pass the guard. Levin wants to stand and escape but Luo is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Levin keeping moving, preventing Luo from controlling successfully. Luo prevents Levin from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Luo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levin is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Levin tries to clinch up and Luo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Levin's guard. Luo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Levin keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom. Luo is looking to stand up but Levin won't let him.

Levin has a closed guard, preventing Luo from standing up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Levin wants to stand up but Luo is controlling him. Luo trying to control the position from guard on top but Levin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Levin can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Levin working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Luo. Levin is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Levin prevents the takedown attempt.
Levin lands a hook to the side of the head. Come on Levin - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Carl Levin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Luo clinches but Levin breaks the clinch and Levin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Luo tries to land a sweep but no joy. Levin stands up over Luo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Levin stands and steps away. Luo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rafilsq Luo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Levin wants to clinch. Levin tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Luo counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Luo.

Luo letting Levin take a breather here. Luo tries to score a body lock takedown but Levin shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Levin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Luo tries to pull guard but Levin holds him up against the cage and eventually Luo drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Luo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Levin walks away with a smile on his face. Luo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Luo has his takedown stuffed and Levin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Luo's guard now. Levin wants to pass the guard but Luo is keeping the position. Levin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Luo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Luo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Levin is one step ahead there. Levin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Luo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Luo keeping moving, preventing Levin from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Carl Levin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Levin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
