Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 24848 p4p, 7010 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fighter A did well to prevent Fighter B getting side control. Fighter B stalling. Fighter A desperately trying to maintain half guard. Fighter B is controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A wants to control but Fighter B is keeping busy and won't allow it. Fighter B perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Fighter B stops Fighter A from getting back to his feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter A goes for a double leg but Fighter B avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fighter B continues to drive forward.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fighter B has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Fighter A avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Fighter B prevents Fighter A from breaking the clinch. Fighter A manages to break the clinch.
Fighter A closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fighter B quickly recovers to half guard. Fighter A is looking to stall here but Fighter B recovers full guard. Fighter B managing to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B keeping moving, preventing Fighter A from controlling successfully. Fighter A is looking to stand up but Fighter B won't let him. Fighter B is pulling down on Fighter A's head to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter B is continuing to stall. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. More stalling from Fighter B.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Fighter A throws a wild body kick that Fighter B sees coming a mile off. Fighter B throws a big counter head kick but Fighter A avoids it with no problem. Fighter A with a lazy takedown attempt and Fighter B counters with a nice body kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B darts in looking for a takedown but Fighter A gets double underhooks and turns Fighter B into the cage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Xxx Xxx will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fighter B as he avoids it easily. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. Fighter A throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter B's waist but Fighter B gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter A off to one side. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fighter A is defended easily by Fighter B. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A shoots for a takedown but Fighter B saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Fighter B counters with a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck for Fighter A with that takedown attempt. Fighter B looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter A is fending him off so far but Fighter B persists. Nope, Fighter A circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter A was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Fighter A displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fighter B. It appears Fighter A was looking to counter with a kick there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fighter A looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter B is fending him off so far but Fighter A persists. Nope, Fighter B circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter B let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Fighter B scores with a takedown into Fighter A's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fighter B sitting in guard, not really doing much. Fighter A is adopting a defensive guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fighter B controls the pace. Fighter A wants to stand and escape but Fighter B is having none of it. Fighter A controls Fighter B momentarily but Fighter B frees himself. Fighter B's corner is telling him to maintain position. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter B misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown and gets it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. Fighter B has his takedown stuffed and Fighter A counters with a two punch combo. Fighter A throws a push kick but Fighter B slaps the foot to one side. Fighter B feints a counter leg kick. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fighter B stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter B wants it to stay on the feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A shoots in looking for a takedown. Fighter B tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter A keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fighter B manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter B doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A dives in and scores a takedown into Fighter B's guard. Fighter B is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Fighter B is pulling down on Fighter A's head to control his posture. Fighter B has a closed guard, preventing Fighter A from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B keeping moving, preventing Fighter A from controlling successfully.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Fighter B closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fighter B lands in his opponent's guard. Fighter A is looking to stand up but Fighter B isn't so interested in that idea. Xxx Xxx has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Xxx Xxx is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Fighter A can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fighter B controls the pace. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Xxx Xxx showed his dominance in that final round. I think Fighter B has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
