Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cm Askren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Indera Bin Uda!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Uda misses.
As Uda looks to move away, Askren throws a big counter combo but Uda just gets out of the way.
Uda jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Askren throws a push kick but Uda slaps the foot to one side.
Uda throws a lazy right hand but Askren sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Askren is looking to counter punch.
Uda misses with a hook.
Askren gets the takedown into side control.
Uda wants to get back to his feet but Askren is dominant here and he's now got Uda's back!
Askren is working for a rear naked choke. Uda is not defending it well and Askren has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Uda refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Uda's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cm Askren!
