The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxaaja shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roberts throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Roberts tries to strike from the bottom.
Roberts wants to stand but Boxaaja is controlling the position.
Boxaaja stopping the sweep attempt from Roberts.
Boxaaja wants to control from the top but Roberts keeps moving.
Boxaaja sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Roberts's guard.
Roberts tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roberts can do anything to dispel that myth.
Boxaaja is trying for a kimura here. Roberts looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Boxaaja wins by kimura!
