Hoff is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Freude scores with a couple of nice shots.
Freude has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Freude seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Freude is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Hoff is hurt! He's hurt bad - Freude fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Hoff from any more punishment! Congratulations to Freude! Great finish!
