Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rob Roy (ranked 60 p4p, 381 weight class) and Ispa Perkele (ranked 6 p4p, 51 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Roy!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ispa Perkele!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Donatello Bradman and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roy fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Ispa Perkele has been cut.
Perkele wants to land a leg kick but Roy is out of range.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Roy uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Perkele.
Roy works the jab nicely.
Perkele throws a body shot but no joy.
Roy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
A nice inside leg kick there by Perkele. That's going to slow Roy down.

Roy stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Perkele.
Roy thuds his shin into the meat of Perkele's side.
Perkele wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Perkele walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Roy checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Perkele is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Roy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Perkele takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Roy cracks Perkele with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That has opened up Ispa Perkele's cut even more.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Perkele has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roy is rocked!
Perkele creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Roy with a big uppercut! Roy tries to clinch up but Perkele pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Roy to the mat! Roy covers up and Perkele unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ispa Perkele!
