The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Terrence James Alexander has been cut.
Alexander shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says baroni as he avoids it easily.
Alexander tries to clinch but baroni is having none of it.
Alexander shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has baroni pinned against the cage. baroni gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
baroni doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Alexander counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Alexander trying to control the position from guard on top but baroni is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Alexander must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Alexander looking to sit in guard and control but baroni gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
baroni will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Alexander is trying to push baroni off with his feet but baroni grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of Alexander's ankles and Alexander is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!
