Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dick Pawlik (ranked 8 p4p, 10 weight class) and Jacque Joteel (ranked 1 p4p, 2 weight class). Pawlik comes to the cage accompanied by John Butler - Ocean . Joteel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Moogwalze. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jacque Joteel was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

With a record of 26 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacque Joteel!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Pawlik darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Joteel lands with an overhand left.
Joteel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pawlik.

Joteel is not content to let Pawlik control the position.

We've been informed that Joteel has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Joteel tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Pawlik cranks the arm and Joteel screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Joteel, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
