Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rock Fish (ranked 6623 p4p, 6675 weight class) and Doyle Brunson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fish might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Imagine Dragons - Warriors. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Fish misses its intended target.
As Fish backs off Brunson throws a huge counter combo but Fish manages to avoid it all.

Brunson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fish looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fish tries to bench press Brunson off him but Brunson keeps the position.
Fish is working hard here to advance position.
Brunson trying to control the action but Fish is working from the bottom.
Fish gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Brunson is trying to control the action in half guard but Fish is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fish wants to sweep but no luck.

Fish has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Brunson doesn't defend quickly enough and Fish has managed to lock this one up! Can Brunson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Fish on a fantastic submission victory.
