Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abdullah Zaire (ranked 618 p4p, 1654 weight class) and Charles Wang (ranked 92 p4p, 223 weight class). Wang has chosen Inner Circle - Bad Boys as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Charles Wang!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wang doesn't manage to clinch there - Zaire circles away.
Wang tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zaire swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wang is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Zaire controlling the action here for a moment.
Wang jumps into guard, dragging Zaire to the mat.
Zaire postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wang escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zaire gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Wang looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zaire accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Zaire makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Wang is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Wang is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Zaire in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Wang has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Zaire should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Wang has tightened it up now! Zaire should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
