The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marx gets the takedown into side control.
Marx throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Marx wants to stand but Godwin is controlling his arm.
Godwin keeps Marx under control for a moment.
Godwin manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Godwin is trying to get back to full guard.
Godwin is positioning himself well to prevent Marx advancing to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Marx is going to stand back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Marx shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Godwin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Marx is looking to stand up but Godwin won't let him.
Godwin wants to sweep but no luck.

Godwin wants to stand but Marx is controlling the position.
Godwin looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Marx is fighting to break Godwin's control of his arms but Godwin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Groucho Marx comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Marx has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
