Kimura cracks Rizzo with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kimura has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rizzo to stand back up!

Kimura ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Kimura fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rizzo on the side of the head.
Kimura cracks Rizzo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Rizzo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kimura pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Rizzo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gunnar Kimura!
