Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tripp Faller (ranked 2681 p4p, 24787 weight class) and Bradley Johnson (ranked 362 p4p, 647 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bradley Johnson enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tripp Faller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bradley Johnson! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson misses with the combination.
Johnson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Faller drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson is pushing Faller's head away, looking to escape. Faller manages to hold on to the position though. Johnson dodges the ground and pound from Faller. Faller scores with a couple of short elbows. Faller looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Faller taking a breather here. Johnson is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Faller tries to advance to mount but Johnson denies him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Faller thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Johnson told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Faller working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Johnson manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Faller throwing shots but Johnson is blocking nicely. Johnson is trying to stand back up but Faller is controlling him

Faller needs to keep his hands up - Johnson had a free shot at his head there. Faller has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Faller there as he acknowledges the shot. Faller moves out of range as Johnson strikes. Faller slips under a jab from Johnson. Faller changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Faller trying to control the position but Johnson is working away. Johnson is trying to buck Faller off. Johnson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Johnson prevents Faller from improving position. Johnson pushes Faller away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Faller gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Faller is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Johnson defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Tripp Faller dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round! Johnson swings for the body but Faller moves out of range.
Johnson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Faller fails with a takedown attempt. Johnson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Faller. Johnson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Johnson lands a slapping body shot.
Faller shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Johnson is trying to defend but Faller finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Faller looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Faller takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Faller tries for a takedown but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Johnson misses with a hook. Faller ducked under it nicely. Faller is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Faller shoots in but no luck this time. Johnson misses with an uppercut. Faller saw that one coming. Faller drops down looking for a counter takedown but Johnson sprawls and moves away. Johnson scores with a sloppy right hand. Faller should have avoided that one. Faller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson fakes the leg kick and cracks Faller in the body. Johnson lands the left hand. Faller looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Johnson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Johnson lands with a straight right. Faller didn't see that one coming. Johnson lands a big right hand that sends Faller crashing to the mat! Johnson stays standing though and waves Faller back to his feet!
Faller is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson throws a quick head kick that knocks Faller silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Johnson is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bradley Johnson! Bradley Johnson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
