The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OCarroll fails to land with a series of punches.
Dustice unleashes a big counter combination but OCarroll bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
OCarroll throws a head kick but Dustice moves out of range.
OCarroll sets himself, and Dustice steps forward looking for the clinch! OCarroll avoids it this time.

OCarroll closes the distance and pushes Dustice back into the cage.
Dustice wants to break the clinch but can't.

OCarroll lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dustice has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Dustice is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

OCarroll wants to control from the top but Dustice keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dustice uses the cage to get back to his feet.

OCarroll lands with a light punch inside.
OCarroll comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Dustice jumps guard but OCarroll stands there with Dustice around his waist. Dustice gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Adeen OCarroll has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willie Dustice.
Dustice wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
OCarroll lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dustice or not.
