Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Keto Kara (ranked 4666 p4p, 4768 weight class) and Brad McSeveney (ranked 405 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keto Kara! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad McSeveney! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Russell Pearce and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McSeveney shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kara throws a right and a left that both miss. Kara misses with a two punch combination.
McSeveney instigates a clinch. McSeveney escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kara connects with a jab. McSeveney darts in looking for a takedown but Kara gets double underhooks and turns McSeveney into the cage. Kara throwing a counter right hand but McSeveney manages to avoid it. McSeveney clinches up against the cage. McSeveney keeps control of Kara as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. McSeveney jumps guard.
McSeveney has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kara can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kara trying to stand up but can't free himself from McSeveney's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McSeveney bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kara's guard. Kara keeping moving, preventing McSeveney from controlling successfully. Kara is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McSeveney is controlling him. Kara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McSeveney on the ground. McSeveney decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. McSeveney tries a head kick but it misses.
McSeveney stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kara.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kara throws a body punch but McSeveney moves out of range. McSeveney tries to clinch but Kara moves out of range. Kara comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Kara lands a glancing blow to the side of McSeveney's head. McSeveney has Kara up against the cage in a clinch.
McSeveney's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kara throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McSeveney throws a wild body kick that Kara sees coming a mile off. Kara throwing a counter right hand but McSeveney manages to avoid it. Jab by Kara. Kara throws a left and a right that both miss
and McSeveney holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kara manages to break the clinch.
McSeveney clinches with his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McSeveney is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. McSeveney tries for a takedown but Kara manages to get underhooks.
Keto Kara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad McSeveney. McSeveney prevents Kara from breaking the clinch. McSeveney manages to break the clinch.

McSeveney has closed the distance and engaged Kara in a clinch.
Kara is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. McSeveney breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kara scores with a spinning back kick! McSeveney is looking to clinch. McSeveney takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Kara throws a good cross that connects.
McSeveney pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McSeveney looks for a takedown but Kara sprawls well. Kara swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McSeveney shoots in for a takedown but Kara shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kara swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. McSeveney looks winded! Kara lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kara slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Keto Kara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kara lands with an overhand left. McSeveney throws a sloppy head kick and Kara moves out of range easily. Kara pushes McSeveney away with a front kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Keto Kara dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! A nice leg kick lands there from Kara. Kara thows a body kick. McSeveney tries to catch it but that hurt him. McSeveney fails with a takedown attempt from distance. No joy there for Kara, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kara lands a head kick!
Kara throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kara throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McSeveney. Kara throws a right and a left that both miss. Kara checks a low kick from McSeveney. Kara keeps the fight on the outside. Kara avoids the head kick by McSeveney.
Kara misses with a two punch combination.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kara cracks McSeveney with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kara bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McSeveney's head. Kara misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McSeveney.
That's one minute gone in the round. McSeveney changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kara tries to avoid it but McSeveney manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kara to the ground. Kara escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. It looked like Kara was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from McSeveney. McSeveney throws a head kick but Kara moves out of range.
McSeveney shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than McSeveney was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kara is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that McSeveney can do to turn this around? Kara tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. McSeveney is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kara can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's two minutes gone in the round. McSeveney controlling his opponent. Kara's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Kara on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kara tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McSeveney sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Kara avoids a series of strikes thrown by McSeveney.
McSeveney throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. McSeveney stands up from mount. Strange move. McSeveney drives through and clinches with Kara against the cage.
McSeveney tries to score a body lock takedown but Kara shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Keto Kara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad McSeveney. McSeveney's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kara throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. McSeveney is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. A swing and a miss from Kara. A telegraphed takedown attempt from McSeveney is defended easily by Kara. Keto Kara is winning the standup battle so far. McSeveney misses with a takedown attempt - Kara sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kara throws a right hand that McSeveney ducks under and follows up with a left that McSeveney also avoids with ease. McSeveney jabbing away but nothing is landing. McSeveney changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kara tries to avoid it but McSeveney manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kara to the ground. Kara escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Keto Kara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. McSeveney looks for a takedown but Kara sprawls well. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Keto Kara dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round! Kara swinging wildly here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McSeveney moves out of range of the body kick from Kara.
McSeveney moves into range and clinches up with Kara. Kara tries to break the clinch but McSeveney is controlling the position. McSeveney escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. A left and a right from McSeveney both land. Nice combination. McSeveney wants to clinch. McSeveney rushes Kara and presses him up against the cage. McSeveney stalling the fight.
McSeveney tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. McSeveney drags the fight down to the ground.
Kara wants to stand and escape but instead McSeveney has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McSeveney passes Kara's left leg - he's now in half guard. McSeveney is looking for a kimura here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. McSeveney thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kara's head. McSeveney decides to stand up. Horrible takedown attempt by McSeveney or perhaps it was just good defense by Kara, which made it look bad. Nice body punch from Kara. Kara fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McSeveney manages to avoid it. Kara misses with a wild combination.

McSeveney closes the distance and clinches up with Kara, looking for a takedown. McSeveney pushes Kara against the cage but Kara circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Keto Kara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad McSeveney. McSeveney shoots in looking for a takedown. Kara tries to sprawl out of it but McSeveney keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kara manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kara!
Keto Kara is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. McSeveney instigates a clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kara wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but McSeveney has him pressed against the cage. McSeveney breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Keto Kara. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kara, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
