The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Bands with that takedown attempt.
Bands shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Davis manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Bands lands a couple of digs.
Bands stopping the sweep attempt from Davis.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Bands trying to control but Davis is working from the bottom.
Davis is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Davis can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Davis is trying to control the position but Bands postures up.
Davis wants to get back to his feet but Bands is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Davis is looking to sweep but instead, Bands has passed into half guard.
Bands is looking for a kimura but Davis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bands to get the leverage.
Davis regains full guard. Nicely done.
Davis is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bands will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bands wants to control from the top but Davis keeps moving.

Davis wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Davis had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bands defends it easily.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Davis checks a leg kick.
Bands takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bands wants to clinch but Davis slips to the side
and Davis counters with a left to the body.
Davis dives in and scores a takedown into Bands's guard.
Davis gets to his feet - Bands follows without any prompting.
Bands throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Davis's waist but Davis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bands off to one side.
Bands stuffs the takedown.
Bands seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Davis with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bands lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Davis circles away quickly and effectively.
Scottie Bands has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Terell Davis is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Davis dives in and grabs Bands's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bands pushes down on Davis's head and hops out.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Terell Davis.
I think Davis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
