Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kjetil Olsen (ranked 94 p4p, 197 weight class) and Clarence Hoost (ranked 15 p4p, 31 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kjetil Olsen! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Clarence Hoost! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Hoost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hoost ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Hoost forces Olsen back against the cage and clinches. Olsen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Olsen manages to break the clinch.
Hoost swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Olsen is looking to counter punch. Hoost takes a swing at Olsen's ribcage but misses. Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A slow jab from Hoost misses its intended target. Hoost stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Kjetil Olsen has been cut.

He thinks about going to the ground but Olsen looks back up at him and smiles so Hoost waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Olsen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LVPED in the buildup to the fight. Hoost throws a quick inside leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hoost swings widly with a right hand
and Olsen counters with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoost lands with a right hand. Hoost throws a leg kick and Olsen counters with a series of strikes. Hoost will be more careful next time no doubt. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hoost. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Hoost swings widly with a right hand
and Olsen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That has opened up Clarence Hoost's cut even more. Hoost moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Olsen moves out of range of the body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoost throws a body punch but Olsen moves out of range. Olsen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Olsen moves out of range of the body kick from Hoost.
Hoost swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hoost swings for the body but Olsen moves out of range.
Olsen is looking to counter with a body kick. Hoost misses with a lunging right hand
and Olsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Hoost misses the target. Hoost swings for the body but Olsen moves out of range.
Olsen is looking to counter punch. Clarence Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hoost throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Olsen on the side of the head. Hoost looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Hoost lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Olsen circles away quickly and effectively. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Clarence Hoost dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Hoost moves into range and connects with a jab. Hoost misses with a lunging right hand
and Olsen counters with a straight right hand. Hoost cracks Olsen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Olsen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hoost finish him?
Oh Olsen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A slapping body kick lands there for Hoost. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hoost ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Olsen's jaw. Olsen's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Hoost does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Clarence Hoost! Clarence Hoost is the new heavyweight champion! In his post fight interview, Clarence Hoost started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
