Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gianni Castellana (ranked 441 p4p, 394 weight class) and Jesus Christ Karter (ranked 65 p4p, 55 weight class). Castellana comes to the cage accompanied by Good night. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Darius Henderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karter comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Castellana looks to score with a jab to the body but Karter is just out of range.
Castellana throws a low kick but it's checked well by Karter.
Karter thuds his right hand into Castellana's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Castellana lands with a hook. Karter tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
We've been told by Castellana's head coaches at Jed's Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

and Karter counters with a big head kick but Castellana shrugs it off.
Karter takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

We've been informed that Karter has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
