Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Drake (ranked 1754 p4p, 23415 weight class) and Peter Golles (ranked 254 p4p, 665 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Peter Golles was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Drake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Golles!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golles throws a nice looking combination but Drake bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Drake seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Drake uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Golles.
Drake is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Drake has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ludus Magnus in the buildup to the fight.
Nice straight punches there by Drake. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Drake.
Golles tries to clinch there but Drake circles away.
Drake wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Golles throws a head kick that misses.
As Golles looks to move away, Drake throws a big counter combo but Golles just gets out of the way.
Drake lands a nice hook to Golles's body. Golles takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Golles looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Golles throws a poor cross that misses
and Drake counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Drake cracks Golles with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Golles throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Drake counters with a right hand to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drake fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Golles is looking to clinch but Drake is avoiding it.
Drake swats away the attempt to clinch by Golles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Golles misses with a hook
and Drake counters with a two punch combo.
Golles misses with an uppercut
and Drake counters with a right hand to the body.
Golles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Golles feints and then cracks Drake's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Drake down.
Drake throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Golles looks winded!
Drake lands a jab to Golles's midsection.
Drake circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Golles to the canvas! Golles doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Drake keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bobby Drake!
