Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Juhani Mustonen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aapo Jukola!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jukola throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mustonen.
Jukola throws a low kick but Mustonen avoids it.
Mustonen misses the shot to the body.
Jukola was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Mustonen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Jukola comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Mustonen throws a lazy right hand but Jukola sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Jukola does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mustonen lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jukola tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mustonen was well out of range. Poor timing from Jukola.
Mustonen moves out of range as Jukola throws a body kick.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jukola lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mustonen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mustonen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
It looked like Mustonen was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jukola.
Jukola takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Mustonen connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jukola. Jukola circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

As Jukola backs away, Mustonen returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

It seemed like Jukola was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

As Mustonen backs off Jukola throws a huge counter combo but Mustonen manages to avoid it all.
Jukola lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

and Jukola counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've been informed that Jukola has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Mustonen takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mustonen misses with an uppercut. Jukola saw that one coming.
Jukola has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Mustonen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jukola throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Mustonen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jukola connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mustonen scrambles back to his feet.

Mustonen throws a chopping leg kick but Jukola manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Jukola scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mustonen doesn't seem bothered though.
