The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveri throws a series of strikes that have Turgenev backpedaling.
It looks like Pasha Turgenev has been cut.
Oliveri tries to clinch but Turgenev moves out of range.
Turgenev closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Turgenev lands in his opponent's guard.
Turgenev throws a big elbow that misses.
Turgenev trying to control but Oliveri is working from the bottom.
Turgenev sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Oliveri's guard.
Turgenev drops an elbow to the side of Oliveri's head.
Oliveri blocking the ground and pound attempt from Turgenev.
Turgenev has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Turgenev not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Turgenev passes the guard and advances to mount!

Oliveri takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Turgenev lands a big elbow.
Turgenev won't let Oliveri get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Turgenev! Oliveri is hurt baaadly! Turgenev is firing away with more strikes - Oliveri is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
