Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bashir (ranked 6539 p4p, 24956 weight class) and Buford BoDean (ranked 139 p4p, 215 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bashir moves in looking to clinch but BoDean pushes him off.

BoDean pushes Bashir up against the cage in a clinch.
BoDean's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

BoDean drags the fight down to the ground.

Bashir lands a really nice looking cross but BoDean seems unphased.

Bashir tries to bum rush BoDean with a series of wild strikes but BoDean uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
BoDean wants to counter the offense by Bashir and move into the clinch position.
Bashir throws a combination but it was largely blocked by BoDean.
Bashir throws a right hand that BoDean ducks under and follows up with a left that BoDean also avoids with ease.
Bashir will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bashir rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but BoDean moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Bashir knocks BoDean out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
