Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iso Paa (ranked 227 p4p, 195 weight class) and Vunipola Veainu (ranked 35 p4p, 29 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Vunipola Veainu!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Paa doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A left lands for Paa.
Veainu throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Paa finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Veainu slips under a jab from Paa.
Veainu just misses with a punch to the body.
Paa swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
We've been hearing reports that Paa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Paa slips a straight right by Veainu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Veainu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Paa.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Veainu! But no joy.
Paa shoots for a takedown but Veainu saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Paa throws a head kick that misses.
Veainu now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Paa gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Paa's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Paa throws a head punch that misses.
A right hook to the body lands for Paa.
Veainu blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Veainu fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Veainu.
Veainu misses with some punches.
Paa is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Veainu is keeping busy.
Paa changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Veainu fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Paa throws a head kick that misses.
Veainu throws a shot from downtown. Paa moves away and avoids it.
Paa connects with a solid leg kick.
Paa tries for a takedown but Veainu circles away easily
and Veainu counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Paa to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Veainu!
