Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Piger Whok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paulo Kimura!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whok scores with a one two! Kimura had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Paulo Kimura has been cut.
Good exchange - Whok coming out on top.
Kimura fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Whok has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kimura misses with the combination.
Whok looks to land a combination but Kimura avoids it well.

Whok lands a damaging elbow.

That has opened up Paulo Kimura's cut even more.
Whok digs a right hand underneath Kimura's ribcage. Kimura let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Whok with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

The cut above Paulo Kimura's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
A short uppercut from Whok.
Whok lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kimura wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Whok has him pressed against the ropes.

Whok lands an elbow inside.
Whok pushes Kimura back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
Kimura looks winded!
Whok working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Whok cracks Kimura with a big elbow, right in the eye socket! Kimura drops to his knees in obvious pain! The referee starts the count but it's plainly obvious that Kimura isn't going to get back to his feet. The referee counts none the less and Whok struts around the mat, safe in the knowledge that this one is over. A big win for Whok!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Elbows). Piger Whok!
Piger Whok opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
