The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wang sprawls well initially but Fernandez persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Fernandez tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Wang cranks the arm and Fernandez screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Fernandez, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
