Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Jackson (ranked 4573 p4p, 24170 weight class) and Rufus Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes walks into a left hand.
Chris Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson cracks Hughes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Hughes goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Jackson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hughes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hughes is aggressively charging in as Jackson backs up avoiding any damage. Jackson tosses out a jab and Hughes runs right into it face first! Hughes is out cold! Jackson dropped down on all fours and is barking in Hughes's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
