The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Montgomery.

It looks like Karockas Thibodeaux has been cut.

Thibodeaux cracks Montgomery with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Montgomery looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Thibodeaux finish him?

and Thibodeaux counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Montgomery looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Montgomery sizes up Thibodeaux with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Thibodeaux moves into range and clinches up with Montgomery.
Montgomery tries a body shot but Thibodeaux blocks it.
Thibodeaux works on Montgomery's body with a couple of short punches.

Thibodeaux drops Montgomery onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Montgomery is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Thibodeaux lands a big knee! That's hurt Montgomery! Oh, he's all over the place! Thibodeaux lands another knee that sends Montgomery to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
