Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Edmonds (ranked 795 p4p, 634 weight class) and Mickey Garcia (ranked 115 p4p, 94 weight class). Edmonds comes to the cage accompanied by Frankie Smith - Double Dutch Bus. Garcia has chosen S.G. Sinnicks - St Patrick Battalion as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mickey Garcia has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with John Edmonds's chin.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edmonds misses the shot to the body.
A countering left hand to the body from Garcia misses.
Garcia keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Edmonds.
Edmonds closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Edmonds lands in his opponent's guard.
Garcia wants to sweep but no luck.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Garcia is on top in guard.

Edmonds is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Westside Martial Arts that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Garcia working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Garcia seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Edmonds does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Garcia throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oh Edmonds is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Garcia checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

and Garcia counters with a crisp right hand that drops Edmonds! Garcia lets Edmonds back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

BAM! Garcia delivers a spinning backfist that drops Edmonds like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!

A relieved looking Mickey Garcia thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
