Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alphonzo Mirage (ranked 2842 p4p, 2287 weight class) and Sol Fitzsimmons (ranked 371 p4p, 295 weight class). Alphonzo Mirage has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 34 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alphonzo Mirage!

Mirage walks straight into a right hand from Fitzsimmons - that's dropped him! Fitzsimmons jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mirage from any more punishment! Mirage complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
