Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, BIg Cholo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mario Jose!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jose misses with a kick to the body.
BIg Cholo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cholo lands a really nice looking cross but Jose seems unphased.
It looks like Mario Jose has been cut.
Jose moves in looking to clinch but Cholo pushes him off.
Cholo cracks Jose with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cholo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Jose to stand back up!
Jose is rocked!
Cholo weaves into range and cracks Jose right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Jose goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Cholo is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). BIg Cholo!
