Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dillon Hardman (ranked 2720 p4p, 5161 weight class) and Bum Phillips (ranked 360 p4p, 562 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dillon Hardman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bum Phillips!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hardman moves into the clinch.
Hardman slows down the pace here.
A bit of stalling here from Hardman.
Hardman seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Phillips looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Phillips fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Phillips tries for a takedown. No joy.
Dillon Hardman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bum Phillips.

Hardman is struggling to control the position.
Hardman lands a right hand.
Hardman is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Phillips is defending well for now.

Hardman manages to break the clinch.
Hardman takes a swing at Phillips's ribcage but misses.
Hardman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Phillips manages to avoid it.
Hardman scores with a sloppy right hand. Phillips should have avoided that one.
Hardman scores with a jab to the head.
Phillips rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hardman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hardman uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Phillips has time to react.
Phillips tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hardman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Phillips takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hardman cracks Phillips with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hardman has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Phillips to stand back up!

It looks like Bum Phillips has been cut.
Hardman lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Phillips - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Hardman!
