The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kouransson throws a body punch but Niquelon moves out of range.
Niquelon attempts a counter takedown but Kouransson avoids it well and moves away.
Niquelon bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Niquelon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kouransson.
Niquelon takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kouransson just misses with a punch to the body.
Kouransson wants to clinch but Niquelon slips to the side

and Niquelon counters with a shoot takedown. Kouransson fights it but they end up in guard.
Niquelon passes Kouransson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Niquelon winds up and cracks Kouransson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Niquelon uses his free foot to push down on Kouransson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kouransson.

Niquelon is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Niquelon!
