The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiotio throws a right hand that misses

and Neves counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Neves.
A nice left hand lands by Neves.
Tiotio blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Tiotio escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice jab there from Tiotio.

It looks like Bruno Neves has been cut.
Tiotio fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Neves swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A telegraphed right hand from Tiotio misses the target.
Neves tries to counter with a clinch but Tiotio shakes him off and moves away.
Neves is looking to clinch.

Oooooh!!! Tiotio has knocked Neves down with a huge combo! Tiotio steps away and waves a wobbly Neves back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Neves throws a counter combo.
Tiotio throws the left hand but Neves avoids the punch easily.
Neves with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tiotio to score with a decent uppercut.

That has opened up Bruno Neves's cut even more.
Neves keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tiotio.
Tiotio misses with a hook.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Neves! But no joy.
Ara Tiotio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tiotio. Neves does a little dance to reset his feet.
Neves looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Neves tries to counter by closing the distance.

Tiotio throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Neves sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Neves is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Tiotio lands a big right hand that sends Neves crashing to the mat! Tiotio stays standing though and waves Neves back to his feet!
Neves is still on wobbly legs! Can Tiotio finish him?

The cut above Bruno Neves's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Neves counters with a nice body shot.

Tiotio cracks Neves with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tiotio has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Neves to stand back up!

Bruno Neves's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Tiotio misses with a right hand
and Neves cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Ara Tiotio has been cut.
Neves moves out of range of the strikes.
Neves seems to have recovered his senses.
Tiotio throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tiotio throws a jab but it's blocked by Neves.
Neves tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tiotio defends well and Neves ends up having to push Tiotio into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Neves throws a right and a left that both miss.

Tiotio cracks Neves with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Neves looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tiotio finish him?

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bruno Neves's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
