Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Irong Kasamsun (ranked 3677 p4p, 4972 weight class) and Hugo Olsen (ranked 397 p4p, 495 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Irong Kasamsun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hugo Olsen!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Francis DeMontford and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasamsun ducks under a wild hook from Olsen.
Olsen misses with a looping left.
Kasamsun takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Olsen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Olsen throws out a loose jab but Kasamsun uses good head movement to avoid it.
Olsen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Olsen gets tackled into the cage by Kasamsun. Kasamsun maintains the clinch.

Kasamsun works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Olsen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Olsen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Olsen wants to stand but Kasamsun has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Olsen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kasamsun throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Olsen's waist but Olsen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kasamsun off to one side.

Olsen throws out a loose jab but Kasamsun uses good head movement to avoid it.

Kasamsun lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kasamsun tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Hugo Olsen dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Kasamsun avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kasamsun takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Kasamsun looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Olsen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kasamsun has Olsen pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kasamsun pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Olsen tumbling to the mat - Kasamsun dives into Olsen's guard.

Olsen has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kasamsun off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
