Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jawph Ja Hari (ranked 4416 p4p, 2371 weight class) and Mark Dashark (ranked 146 p4p, 83 weight class). Dashark is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Big shark by BEACH BOYS. Jawph Ja Hari has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jawph Ja Hari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mark Dashark! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ja Hari slips a straight right by Dashark. Dashark misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dashark looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Dashark shoots in for a double leg but Ja Hari sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. It appears Ja Hari was looking to counter with a kick there. Ja Hari ducks under a wild hook from Dashark. Dashark dives in and scores a takedown into Ja Hari's guard. Dashark postures up and lands a big shot to Ja Hari's brow. Ja Hari will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dashark pushes down on Ja Hari's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ja Hari wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ja Hari trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Dashark is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Dashark with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Dashark seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Ja Hari looks like he's trying to stand up.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dashark in particular looking to stall. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dashark lands a nice short elbow. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Dashark has eaten all the pies! Dashark looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Dashark stops Ja Hari from getting back to his feet.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dashark connects with a nice short shot to Ja Hari's temple. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Dashark scoring with strikes to the body and head. Dashark working the head and body with strikes. Dashark is nestled in close to Ja Hari, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Ja Hari is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Dashark works his way into full mount! A big strike lands for Dashark! That's really hurt Ja Hari and he's turned his back - Dashark keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Dashark jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Dashark! A relieved looking Mark Dashark thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
