Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pete Roberts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Regal Montgomery!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Montgomery sitting in guard here, content to control.
Let's hope that Montgomery has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Roberts is looking to stand up but Montgomery isn't so interested in that idea.
Roberts avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Montgomery passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roberts is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Montgomery has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Roberts tries to improve position but can't.
Montgomery misses with the ground and pound.
Montgomery remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Roberts on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Roberts tries to get out of the position.

Roberts tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Montgomery wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Montgomery happy to just control the position for now.
An elbow from Montgomery crashes against the mat.
Roberts gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Montgomery blocks Roberts's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Montgomery looking to control but Roberts is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Roberts throws a strike from the bottom but Montgomery holds onto the arm and goes for an armbar! He's got it! Fantastic submission from Montgomery!
