The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
skovich looks to land a body kick but Garibaldi moved away.
skovich keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Garibaldi.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from skovich, right into the meat.
skovich closes the distance and clinches.
skovich on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
skovich has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Garibaldi avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Garibaldi wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

and skovich counters with a body kick that stops Garibaldi in his tracks momentarily.

skovich goes for a takedown attempt but Garibaldi pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Garibaldi throws a combination. skovich tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like aslan skovich has been cut.
Garibaldi lands with a big left! skovich is wobbled badly! Garibaldi comes in with a flurry of punches and drops skovich to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
