Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wesly Boom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Iulian Simionescu!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Simionescu.
Boom misses with a series of wild punches.
Boom tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Simionescu paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Iulian Simionescu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simionescu looks to land a right hand but Boom moved out of range.
Boom changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Boom lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
A looping hook to the body misses from Simionescu. Boom does a little dance to reset his feet.
Simionescu fails to land with a series of punches.
Simionescu throws a right and a left that both miss.
Boom pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Simionescu clobbers Boom with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Wesly Boom has been cut.

Boom displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Simionescu throws out the jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boom looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Simionescu looks to land a left hand but Boom moved out of range nicely.

Simionescu lands with an overhand left.
Boom uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Simionescu.

Simionescu throws a one two combo.
Boom's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Boom duly obliges.
Boom throws out a leg kick but Simionescu moves out of range and Boom only half commits.
Boom definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Boom looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Simionescu lands with a hook. Boom tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Boom throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Simionescu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Boom! Simionescu lets Boom back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Boom is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Are you kidding me?! Simionescu ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Boom clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
