Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Brady Orr (ranked 23066 p4p, 3547 weight class) and Nathan Keenan (ranked 711 p4p, 446 weight class). Keenan has chosen Even Flow - Pearl Jam as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brady Orr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nathan Keenan!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orr is looking to chop away at Keenan's legs.
Keenan keeps the fight on the outside.
As Orr backs off Keenan throws a huge counter combo but Orr manages to avoid it all.
Orr throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Keenan blocks a leg kick.
Keenan feints a counter leg kick.
Orr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Orr looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Orr misses the shot to the body.
Keenan is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.

It looks like Nathan Keenan has been cut.
Orr moves in looking to clinch but Keenan pushes him off.
Orr sets himself, and Keenan steps forward looking for the clinch! Orr avoids it this time.
Keenan misses with a hook. Orr ducked under it nicely.
Orr throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Keenan is trying to break the clinch but Orr has him pressed against the ropes.

That was a close round but I would say that Brady Orr will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Back to the action!


Orr moves into the clinch successfully.
A frustrated look appears on Keenan's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Keenan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Orr is looking to control Keenan's arms but Keenan gets an underhook and turns him. Now Orr has his back to the ropes.
A nice left hand lands by Keenan.
Orr blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Keenan misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Keenan scores with a shot to the side of Orr's head.
Keenan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Orr has Keenan pressed against the ropes, preventing Keenan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Keenan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Orr throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Keenan counters with a straight right hand.
Keenan misses with a few strikes there.
Orr throws a half hearted mid kick.
Keenan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Keenan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Orr.

Keenan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Orr moves out of range as Keenan strikes.
Keenan swats away the attempt to clinch by Orr.
Orr dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Keenan. That did some damage!

Keenan lands a head kick. Orr smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Orr tries to clinch there but Keenan circles away.
It seemed like Keenan was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Keenan throws a looping overhand right but Orr ducks down to avoid it.
As Keenan tries to get set, Orr tries to push him back and clinch up but Keenan manages to avoid the attempt.

Orr moves into the clinch.
Keenan struggles to land a body shot inside as Orr controls his hands.
Orr holding his opponent close, against the ropes.
Orr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Keenan misses with a short punch on the inside.
Keenan swings wildly with an uppercut but Orr uses good head movement to avoid it.
Orr blocks a punch to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Keenan can't break the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Keenan fails to land.
Orr controlling the action here for a moment.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Nathan Keenan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

That kick from Orr tenderised Keenan's leg. Keenan is trying to keep his angry face on.
Orr steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Keenan.
Orr tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Keenan manages to circle out of the way.
Orr throws a head kick that misses.
Keenan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Orr throws a leg kick but Keenan sees it coming and moves out of range.
Orr ducks under a wild hook from Keenan.
Orr turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Orr.
Keenan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Orr throws a leg kick
and Keenan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Keenan sizes up Orr with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Orr tries to clinch but Keenan is having none of it.

Keenan cracks Orr with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Orr get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Orr looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Keenan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Brady Orr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Orr throws a leg kick
and before Orr has any time to reset, Keenan cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to ropes, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Nathan Keenan!
