Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Luciano (ranked 861 p4p, 3411 weight class) and Ichioka Kaori (ranked 123 p4p, 438 weight class). Kaori is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by GOZEN. Charles Luciano could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ichioka Kaori's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charles Luciano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ichioka Kaori!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luciano defending well as Kaori loads up on a big left hand.
A little feinted left hand from Luciano on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Luciano drops his hands momentarily and Kaori takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Luciano fails to land with a series of punches.
Luciano misses with an uppercut
and Kaori counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kaori thows a left - swing and a miss!
Luciano misses with a few strikes there.
Luciano throws a predictable looking body shot
and Kaori counters with a lovely straight right hand!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kaori turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kaori sends Luciano crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kaori is motioning to the referee to let Luciano up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Luciano is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kaori finds Luciano's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Luciano flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Kaori lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Luciano will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ichioka Kaori!
