Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Perrin Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Venkman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Dog The Nine. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Peter Venkman!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venkman tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Venkman gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jones misses with a straight right.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.
Venkman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Jones is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Venkman has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Venkman has an Americana. Jones didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Venkman is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Venkman hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
