Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Min Kneeme (ranked 5996 p4p, 3609 weight class) and Patrice Devereaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Devereaux takes the fight into the clinch.

Kneeme works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Devereaux has his foot on Kneeme's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kneeme works his way back into a safe position though.

Devereaux is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kneeme is aware though and is defending well.
Kneeme is stalling in the full guard.
Devereaux is trying to keep Kneeme in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Devereaux looking for a guillotine here but Kneeme defends easily.
Kneeme controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Kneeme has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Devereaux is looking for a triangle but Kneeme pushes his legs off easily.

Kneeme makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Devereaux bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kneeme's guard.

Devereaux drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Devereaux jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Kneeme is pulling down on Devereaux's head. It's preventing any offense from Devereaux, at least for the moment.

Kneeme is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Devereaux is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Devereaux wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kneeme, who protects the arm well.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Devereaux is trying to get an arm triangle but Kneeme is defending well.

Devereaux tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Devereaux has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Devereaux moves into full mount!
Kneeme is squirming around, avoiding Devereaux's attempts to control the action.
Devereaux moves to the back position.
Kneeme tries to roll but Devereaux sticks to his back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
