The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Rebel misses.
Brockington fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rebel avoids it really well and circles away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Brockington enables Rebel to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brockington manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rebel stands up over Brockington, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brockington drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Rebel manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Brockington has Rebel in his guard.

Brockington has his foot on Rebel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rebel works his way back into a safe position though.

Rebel loads up on a big left hand. Brockington felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Rebel looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Brockington can't hide his disappointment, as Rebel celebrates the victory.
