Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scully Peterson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Lepuc! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lepuc throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lepuc takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Peterson scores with a jab to the head.
Peterson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lepuc. Peterson lands a jab to Lepuc's midsection. Peterson cracks Lepuc with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Lepuc scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Peterson drops Lepuc with a big left hand and mounts him. Lepuc is in big trouble!
Lepuc is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Peterson content just to control the position here. Peterson cracks Lepuc with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
