The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Betts shoots in but Zinc avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Zinc moves into the clinch.
Betts tries to break the clinch but Zinc is controlling the position.
Zinc pushes Betts back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Zinc lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Zinc.
Zinc scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Still in the clinch, Zinc scores with a nice short uppercut.
Betts tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Zinc just stands there and leans against the cage.
Betts really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Zinc lands a right hand that snaps the head of Betts backwards.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Zinc.

Betts is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Betts tries to break free but Zinc pushes him back against the cage.
Betts is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Zinc is keeping busy.
Zinc lands a left hand that snaps the head of Betts backwards.
Oh Betts is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Betts doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Betts seems to have got his legs back now.

Betts's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Zinc lands with a right to the head.
Zinc dips a shoulder and cracks Betts with a mighty uppercut! Betts falls back against the cage and Zinc unloads with a barrage of strikes! Betts is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Zinc screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). RInger Zinc!
