Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lester Perry (ranked 25321 p4p, 3830 weight class) and Usko Pekkala (ranked 610 p4p, 416 weight class). Pekkala has chosen Eminem & 2Pac - Ivar The Boneless as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Lester Perry has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Perry decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Pekkala actively working from the bottom here.

Perry thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Perry throwing shots but Pekkala is blocking nicely.
Pekkala lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pekkala can do anything to dispel that myth.

Perry has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Pekkala to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Perry is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Pekkala pulls down on the head and he's put Perry to sleep! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Usko Pekkala rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
