Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adils Hallbjornsson (ranked 40 p4p, 38 weight class) and Boris Krylov (ranked 8 p4p, 7 weight class). Hallbjornsson's entrance music is Herr Mannelig. A fine choice. Boris Krylov will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krylov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hallbjornsson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hallbjornsson throws a sloppy head kick and Krylov moves out of range easily.
Hallbjornsson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Krylov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hallbjornsson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It looks like Boris Krylov has been cut.
Hallbjornsson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Hallbjornsson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Krylov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Krylov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

It looked like Hallbjornsson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Krylov looks to land a left hand but Hallbjornsson moved out of range nicely.
Hallbjornsson feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Hallbjornsson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Krylov.
Krylov throws a hook but Hallbjornsson avoids it easily.
Hallbjornsson fires out a quick counter leg kick but Krylov just manages to avoid it.

Krylov drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Krylov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hallbjornsson appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Krylov moves into range and connects with a jab.
Krylov misses with an uppercut.
Krylov getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Krylov drops Hallbjornsson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hallbjornsson looks back up at him and smiles so Krylov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

A slow jab from Krylov misses its intended target.
A quick step to the side and Hallbjornsson tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oh Hallbjornsson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hallbjornsson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hallbjornsson seems to have got his legs back now.
